Barn Dance and Prize Giving CANCELLED

SORRY - We had to cancel this event.
Despite some last-minute efforts to drum up attendance for the Barn Dance and Prize Giving, the low number of firm bookings made the event unviable.
We have decided to postpone the prize-giving until the Saturday evening of the “Summer Do” in July and cancel the 28th March date.
Sandy has been / will be in contact with all those who had booked to notify them and arrange refunds where necessary.
For some reason quite a number of the prize-winners were going to be away for the weekend that we had planned the prize giving for.
